Sponsored Rewards — Official Rules

Version 1 · effective October 7, 2026.

No purchase necessary. Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, any challenge or reward.

1. Who runs it

Each sponsored challenge is offered by the sponsor shown on it. GetStride (Zerodotone, LLC, Texas) runs the challenge in the app and hands out the rewards on the sponsor's behalf.

2. Who can take part

Anyone with a GetStride account in good standing who is in a league or game the challenge covers. You must be 13 or older; if you're under 18, ask a parent before using a reward. Void where prohibited.

3. How to earn a reward

Each challenge shows its goal (for example, "run 10 km in one workout"), the dates, and the reward. Only workouts recorded with a sensor (like an Apple Watch or Garmin, with heart rate) count. Manually entered workouts don't. You can earn each challenge once.

4. Rewards

Rewards are discount codes or similar offers from the sponsor. They're used on the sponsor's site, under the sponsor's own terms. Rewards have no cash value, can't be swapped, and may expire. When a challenge has a limited number of codes, they go to the first players to qualify. When they run out, the challenge stops awarding.

5. Fair play

Faked or edited workouts don't count. We can withhold or take back rewards earned by cheating, and remove players under our Terms of Use.

6. Your data

We don't share your health data or workouts with sponsors. Sponsors only get totals, like how many players earned or opened a reward. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

A sponsor or we may pause or end a challenge early. Rewards already earned stay yours.
