Version 1 · effective October 7, 2026. GetStride is made by Zerodotone, LLC ("we", "us"). By using GetStride you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. When we change these terms we bump the version and the app asks you to agree again.
You must be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for your account and what happens on it. One account per person.
GetStride is a game, not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise routine. Don't push past what's safe for you to win points. You exercise at your own risk.
We can void workouts that look fake and remove players who cheat.
Team chat, the league feed, names, and profile photos are shared with other players. You may not post:
We filter messages automatically, and anyone can report a post, a message, or a player, or mute or block them. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We review reports within 24 hours and can remove content, suspend, or ban accounts without notice. Commissioners can also remove players from their own leagues.
You own what you post. You give us permission to store it and show it to the players in your leagues so the app works. You're responsible for what you post.
Commissioners set up leagues and make league calls, like approving trades or removing a player. They're players, not our staff. We can step in when our rules are broken.
Some challenges come with rewards from sponsors. They're covered by the Official Rules. Rewards come from the sponsor, not from us or Apple. Apple is not a sponsor and is not involved in any way.
We're a small team and the app is provided "as is". We may change features, scoring, or limits, and we may stop offering the app. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to $50.
You can delete your account any time in Profile → Delete account. We can suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and can enforce them.
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Questions: support@getstride.run.
